Requirements

Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to customer-related requirements. - Bachelors degree with 8+ years of experience in flight testing and/or aircraft platforms and weapons, or a high school diploma with 16+ years of experience, or an associate degree with 10+ years of relevant experience. - Active Secret Clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. - Strong communication and leadership capabilities with the ability to liaise with external agencies. - Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Competence in planning, monitoring, and reporting status, risks, and requirements. - Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex technical/project data and present it in various formats (tables, charts, graphs). - Basic knowledge of requirements documentation, test plans, and flight clearance processes for F/A-18 systems undergoing integration or regression testing. - Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills. - High moral integrity and ethical character. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

- Support technical engineering evaluations and comprehend system requirements for the F/A-18 E/F Integration initiative. - Aid in executing a dynamic System Configuration Set (SCS)/Continuous Integration Development and Deployment (CIDD) program. - Foster communication and coordination at all levels, mediating conflicts and providing project leadership for the benefit of U.S. Navy and Foreign Military clients. - Assist in identifying technical and programmatic risks and develop mitigation strategies while monitoring these risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure the technical and programmatic integrity of the SCS/CIDD system by maintaining a rigorous approach to requirements development and traceability. - Verify that system definitions and designs reflect the requirements for all elements: hardware, software, personnel, facilities, and data. - Collaborate with the development team and all technical disciplines to meet established program quality, schedule, and performance targets. - Interface with government agencies and work with contractors on acquisition programs to safeguard Navy interests. - Conduct data and programmatic analysis to evaluate the performance of systems and concepts during development cycles. - Oversee and coordinate continuous integration efforts in support of system/software development and integration testing. - Monitor all testing aspects, including lab, ground, and flight tests, and facilitate program status meetings while providing performance metrics. - Communicate test outcomes and project updates clearly, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences. - Be prepared for domestic and foreign travel to participate in technical reviews and program meetings.
