Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
- High school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience or an Associates degree with 4 years of experience.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance throughout employment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, motivated, and teamwork-oriented.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with professionalism and decorum.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Onsite work is required; remote work is not available.
- Knowledge of the Windows Operating System and possession of Security+ or equivalent certifications per DoD 8140 standards.
- Availability to provide after-hours/weekend support for maintenance and updates as required.
- Display professionalism, courtesy, and strong ethical character.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Service Desk, and Wiki is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate as part of the team to prioritize and triage all service inquiries including calls, emails, walk-ins, and help desk tickets.
- Offer technical assistance to all end users, clients, and visitors within the Integrated Product Team (IPT).
- Conduct routine account maintenance tasks such as creating user accounts in Active Directory (AD), resetting passwords, and unlocking accounts.
- Aid in directing account-related documentation to appropriate personnel.
- Perform essential system administrator functions including managing file share accounts, modifying account permissions, and executing assigned Change Requests (CRs).
- Support the rollout of IT assets and provide troubleshooting for desktop and application issues to ensure operational efficiency of critical hardware.
- Uphold, implement, and adhere to cybersecurity standards and controls.
- Identify and manage relevant IT and cybersecurity infrastructure components and their documentation.
- Provide technical support for all Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems utilized by the IPT and assist with the technical execution of organizational projects and services.
- Coordinate activities with IT management, stakeholders, and other technical teams.
- Collaborate across teams to meet the IPTs goals and sustain operational uptime.
