Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to customer-related sensitivities.
- High School diploma or GED coupled with three years of pertinent experience.
- Capability to obtain and uphold a security clearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Organized, self-driven, and meticulous.
- Competent in collaborative work environments.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance across all aspects of configuration management activities, requiring regular engagement with team members and program leaders while following established processes.
- Aid in maintaining software documentation using Microsoft Word, including overseeing and tracking the document and inspection lifecycle.
- Support the maintenance of Team Hornet organizational documents by updating and tracking various processes and procedures.
- Document, transcribe, and disseminate meeting minutes and action items to support team meetings.
- Maintain various databases for tracking purposes.
- Track and manage deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in a variety of routine support activities associated with software development on a day-to-day basis.
