Requirements
Must:
- A strong background in security management, preferably in a military environment
- Familiarity with security operations related to collateral, SCI, and SAP activities
- Experience in preparing and coordinating security briefing materials
- Proficient in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, graphics, and official documents
- Strong analytical writing capabilities for documenting security processes and decisions
- Excellent organizational skills for tracking security program action items
- Ability to manage databases related to security and newcomers
- Strong interpersonal skills for providing administrative and logistical support during meetings and conferences
Responsibilities
- Provide senior security management assistance to the B-2 Program Office
- Support daily operations of the directorates security functions
- Prepare and coordinate materials for security briefings, meetings, and conferences
- Record and track action items and deadlines related to security programs
- Create and maintain security-related documents and presentation materials
- Assist in managing databases for newcomers and security functions
- Perform necessary administrative tasks to uphold security functions
- Offer logistical support for visitor control activities within the division
