Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of customer requirements.
- A Bachelors degree in an Engineering field is essential, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- An active Secret clearance is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with the integration of avionics systems within DoD aircraft, preferably for the U.S. Navy.
- Familiarity with NAVAIR systems engineering processes is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software and hardware engineers working on the integration of safety-critical systems for Navy aircraft.
- Independently manage smaller projects while overseeing larger teams engaged in multiple concurrent projects.
