Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in business application development.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, C#, Objective-C, Visual Basic, or Python.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms (EPICOR Kinetic is a plus), Pipeliner CRM, Infors SyteLine, and API development.
- Willingness to work onsite for four days at our office in Saint Cloud, MN, with one day remote flexibility.
- Occasional travel to other facilities may be necessary.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement business applications to enhance various organizational functions and boost operational efficiency.
- Manage the maintenance, updates, and improvements of current business applications to ensure peak performance and user satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate application development projects, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Create and manage APIs for seamless integration of business applications with other systems.
- Work with the design team to improve the interface and experience of business applications, ensuring they are intuitive and user-friendly.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business applications, resolving issues swiftly.
- Maintain thorough documentation of development processes, application configurations, project updates, and change management.
