Project Manager - Data Center Construction

- Support and supervise all phases of data center construction - Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and project closure - Act as the primary contact for internal leadership, clients, contractors, and consultants while maintaining a solution-focused presence - Ensure project alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and contractual obligations, actively driving performance against key milestones - Facilitate coordination among architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution - Monitor daily construction activities to uphold quality standards, enforce code compliance, and maintain safety protocols - Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, field directives, pay applications, and contract documentation to safeguard project interests - Maintain precise and organized project documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) - Take ownership of the project schedule, track critical path activities, and implement corrective measures as necessary to meet delivery timelines - Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, addressing conflicts proactively to avoid affecting cost or schedule - Attend OAC and subcontractor coordination meetings, ensuring accountability and follow-through on action items - Oversee cost control processes, verify change management, forecast financial performance, and uphold budget integrity - Ensure commissioning readiness, verify system completion, and lead a successful transition to operations
