Requirements
Must:
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar position
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 and end-user computing environments
- Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and user environments
- Familiarity with device management, user provisioning, and system access
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Capacity to prioritize and handle multiple requests in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills to foster relationships across teams
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel between locations in the Twin Cities as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for end-user systems, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and applications
- Maintain and support point-of-sale (POS) systems (Toast) including associated hardware, software, and integrations
- Manage and support the Microsoft 365 environment (user administration, troubleshooting, access, and performance)
- Diagnose and resolve issues across the network, systems, and user environments focusing on root cause analysis
- Assist with telecommunications and communication platforms, including VoIP and cloud-based tools
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and suggest technical solutions
- Document procedures, create knowledge base resources, and enhance support workflows
- Engage in IT projects such as system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Recognize trends in recurrent issues and proactively propose long-term solutions
