Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the eCommerce and marketing teams to implement and integrate innovative technologies and functionalities for our online store and associated systems.
- Assess the best technical approaches to achieve our objectives, with a consistent focus on enhancing speed and functionality through an AI-first approach.
- Partner with fellow developers to set achievable milestones and timelines for projects, which may vary from a few days to several weeks.
- Code necessary functionalities and designs, conduct verification, and deploy them for customer use.
- Review feature requirements, proposing technical solutions, alternative options, and potential AI enhancements while identifying risks.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure smooth interaction between front-end and back-end tasks.
- Rapidly prototype proof-of-concept solutions using Vibe coding when beneficial.
- Communicate project progress effectively within a hybrid working environment.
