IT systems administrator - onsite

- Monitor and upkeep Windows and Linux environments while assisting with VMware virtualization platforms. - Provide daily support for HP server hardware and help manage network devices, including HPE Aruba switches and basic firewall operations. - Address and resolve Service Desk requests related to systems, user access, hardware, and software. - Aid in system updates, patches, and basic configuration tasks to enhance performance and security. - Assist with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365 administration tasks. - Engage in system health assessments, infrastructure monitoring, and alert responses to ensure uptime. - Collaborate with IT and manufacturing teams to minimize disruptions to production workflows. - Document technical procedures, recurring issues, and configuration changes for knowledge transfer. - Support routine cybersecurity practices such as patching, antivirus checks, and access audits. - Maintain a secure, organized data center environment under the guidance of senior staff. - Assist with project implementation tasks and gain hands-on experience from engineers. - Demonstrate commitment to environmental health and safety principles and policies. - Participate in the companys initiatives for continual improvement in Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity. - Contribute to the companys standards of integrity, safety, fair treatment, and a positive workplace environment. - Undertake additional responsibilities as deemed necessary by management.
