Requirements
Must:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or leadership position
- At least 10 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or network management
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, and remote support tools
- Extensive knowledge of networking technologies (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls), virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and server management
- Understanding of virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V) and enterprise storage options
- Experience managing Microsoft environments (Active Directory, M365, Azure), Linux systems, or hybrid setups
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, SIEM tools, and identity/access management systems
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment
- Strategic thinker with practical execution skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, including potential air travel

Responsibilities
- Oversee the organizations IT operations, ensuring system reliability, security, and efficiency
- Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance and support in their professional growth
- Manage escalations, optimize workflows, and coordinate initiatives enhancing the technology ecosystem
- Act as a vital link between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment of services with organizational objectives
- Direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical IT infrastructures including servers and networks
- Ensure optimal performance and availability of essential business systems like ERP and CRM
- Manage system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle planning for all technology assets
- Enforce cybersecurity best practices and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Oversee service desk operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective user support
- Lead IT projects such as network upgrades and application deployments
- Contribute to the companys safety and quality improvement efforts
