Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable combination of experience, education, and/or training to proficiently perform essential job functions.
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems like Epicor, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Infor in analytical, administrative, or support roles.
- Background in a manufacturing setting with knowledge of production workflows, Bill of Materials (BOM), routings, inventory management, quality control, and MRP/CRP processes.
- Strong understanding of essential ERP modules such as manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, finance, production planning, and order management.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, analysis, and reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and concepts related to data migration.
- Experience with ERP reporting tools like SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI, or NetSuite Saved Searches/Analytics.
- Knowledge of system architecture, security roles, and configuration best practices.
- Ability to travel, up to 5% of the year, including potential air travel.
- Proven capability to embody and promote our Company Values.
Responsibilities
- Administer and provide leadership in adhering to environmental health and safety principles, policies, and procedures.
- Act as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for the ERP system (EPICOR, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Offer daily user support that includes troubleshooting, configuration updates, permission management, and resolving system errors.
- Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with governance standards within the ERP platform.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, procedures, and customizations.
- Configure modules, reports, dashboards, workflows, and user interfaces within the ERP system.
- Support or take lead in module implementations, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with development teams or external vendors to design and apply customizations or integrate with other systems (such as MES, WMS, CRM, HRIS).
- Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) while ensuring adherence to change management procedures.
- Engage in efforts aimed at enhancing Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity within the company.
- Uphold the company standards centered around integrity, safety, fairness, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
