Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to AI/ML systems or LLM-focused product development
- Proficient in Python and/or C#, with extensive knowledge of services, APIs, and contemporary web applications
- Experience in constructing or enhancing systems that incorporate LLMs, AI tools, or intelligent automation into real-world product workflows
- Ability to design system architectures for a multi-service AI pipeline, communicating trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong judgment on the integration of AI for optimization versus maintaining reliability through deterministic software design
- Proven history of enhancing developer productivity or platform functionalities through improved tools and engineering methodologies
- Experience in mentoring engineers or guiding technical vision on intricate projects
- Familiarity with current delivery methodologies, including testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational production practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various functions
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven product functionalities that merge LLMs, APIs, services, data systems, workflow logic, and user interfaces into cohesive customer solutions
- Lead the establishment of reusable design patterns, technical guidelines, and implementation strategies for AI-integrated software development throughout the organization
- Oversee the incorporation of AI features into operational systems, prioritizing reliability, maintainability, security, and performance
- Enhance engineering processes by identifying innovative uses of AI tools to boost development speed, software quality, and team effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to convert complex objectives into sound technical architectures and phased rollout strategies
- Promote quality assurance through assessment, testing, metrics, and feedback loops for AI-driven systems
- Mentor or lead AI engineers to elevate the technical standards in system design, implementation quality, and engineering decision-making
- Assist in defining the long-term architecture for AI-focused product systems in a cloud-centric, integration-heavy environment
