Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience operating at a senior or technical lead level, directing architecture and technical strategies
- Strong capability to influence technical decisions and collaborate across functional teams
- Passion for providing technical mentorship (not managing people)
- Hands-on proficiency with contemporary web development and cloud-based systems
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience developing scalable applications using .NET
- 5+ years working with enterprise-level or eCommerce platforms
- 5+ years experience with SQL databases, including complex queries and indexing
- Strong expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and serverless architecture
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and DevOps
- AWS experience required; Salesforce integration experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and expert for web development projects
- Lead by example through direct involvement in coding and architecture design
- Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews to enhance team output
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions
- Oversee projects aimed at enhancing the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of our eCommerce platform
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Design and implement cloud-based microservices architecture across web, ERP, and third-party systems
- Establish and endorse best practices, coding standards, and modern design patterns
- Identify inefficiencies within systems and implement performance and maintainability solutions
- Maintain and upgrade existing applications and infrastructure
- Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and CI/CD testing
- Evaluate and propose new technologies to foster business growth
