Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Over 7 years of experience developing scalable applications in .NET
- At least 5 years of experience working with enterprise-level or eCommerce platforms
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL databases (complex queries, stored procedures, indexing)
- Strong experience with microservices, REST APIs, and serverless architecture
- Proficient in Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Deep knowledge of C# (.NET 6/7), ASP.NET MVC 5, and cloud services including AWS (S3, Lambda, AppSync, SQS, SNS, EC2, ECS, API Gateway, CloudWatch)
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, Bootstrap, ReactJS, and Redux
- Expertise in MySQL, Aurora, SQL Server
- Understanding of OOP/OOD, service-oriented architecture, and design patterns
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and security best practices
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, offering guidance, code reviews, and technical support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions
- Initiate projects that enhance reliability, scalability, security, and performance of our eCommerce platform
- Oversee and contribute to the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Design and implement cloud-based microservices architecture encompassing web, ERP, and third-party systems
- Establish and encourage best practices, coding standards, and modern design methodologies
- Identify system inefficiencies and devise solutions to elevate quality and performance
- Maintain and improve existing applications and infrastructure
- Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD practices
- Assess and suggest new technologies and innovative solutions to foster business growth

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Web Developer to join our team in Fall River, MA, with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our eCommerce platform, mentoring a team of developers, and driving technological innovation.
