Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of helpdesk experience
- At least 1 year in a managed services provider (MSP) environment
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting network infrastructure, including firewalls, access points, and switches
- Basic knowledge of server and virtualization environments, such as Hyper-V and VMware
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 services and cloud security solutions
- Ability to document processes and resolutions clearly
- Familiarity with issue ticketing systems and PSA software
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, networking, or virtualization preferred
- Strong soft skills in ownership, communication, customer service, and initiative
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve intermediate to advanced IT issues and customer inquiries, including escalated tickets from Level 1 support
- Provide detailed troubleshooting and maintenance for network infrastructure components such as firewalls, switches, and routers
- Conduct basic support for server and virtualization systems
- Offer advanced assistance for Microsoft 365 services and cloud security solutions
- Maintain foundational computer systems, desktops, and laptops and ensure endpoint security
- Create and track issue tickets while documenting all resolution efforts
- Lead or assist in technical project execution, offering guidance to junior staff
- Enhance team knowledge by documenting solutions for recurring issues
- Keep customer infrastructure documentation updated, including network diagrams and configurations
- Identify and recommend improvements in service delivery practices and mentor less experienced staff

We are D2 Integrated Solutions, a dynamic managed services provider located in Oreland, PA, looking to expand our team with a skilled Technical Analyst II (Sr. Helpdesk Support). We offer competitive salaries ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, alongside benefits like health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and vision insurance. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with four days in the office and remote work on Fridays.
