Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting product teams
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in project management
- Background in administrative or task support
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Responsibilities
- Lead the collection, management, and prioritization of user needs from concept development to user story writing
- Facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements to assist the product team and product owner in defining the backlog
- Emphasize user-centered requirements to enhance usability, user experience, and drive user adoption
- Identify and document core business needs, breaking them down into Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), story maps, and user stories
- Document business rules and create workflow diagrams as necessary
- Provide guidance on complex projects, considering the impacts of technology on current and future business operations
- Analyze, interpret, and understand both technical and business documentation
- Utilize intermediate analytical and quantitative skills to address multifaceted problems
