Lead LabVIEW Developer

We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Senior LabVIEW Engineer to become part of our energetic engineering team, taking on a range of projects. As our clientele and project demands increase, we are expanding our team at all levels and require a skilled leader to guide us. My primary task will be to design and develop tailored systems for various applications across multiple industries. I will play a vital role in crafting LabVIEW code and configuring hardware to complete Automated Test and Embedded Control systems. I will also oversee LabVIEW code reviews, debugging processes, and provide overall system support. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with products from National Instruments (NI), Keyence, SICK, Basler, Agilent, Tektronix/Keithley, and others. Knowledge of NI products such as LabVIEW, TestStand, PXI, Modular Instruments, and RIO is highly desirable, along with experience in engineering services, custom engineering, product design, Automated Test Equipment, quality control, and Embedded Control systems. An understanding of industrial and lab equipment and experience in industries like medical devices, life sciences, and consumer electronics would be beneficial. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO-9000, ISO-13485, automotive standards, FDA regulations, and Six Sigma is also valued. I possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and I am able to work full-time in-office in San Diego, CA. My physical capabilities include lifting objects weighing between 20-50 pounds several times a day and enduring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer. The salary range for this full-time position is between $85,000 and $140,000 per year, depending on my relevant skills, experience, and competencies.
