Requirements
Must:
- At least 2+ years of verifiable experience in Desktop/IT support.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including user account management and troubleshooting.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA and capable of passing a background check.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with IT Ticketing Systems is preferred.
- An associate’s degree in an IT-related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- I will provide end-user support for inquiries, requests, and issues through remote and/or on-site assistance.
- I will troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues/problems using our IT ticketing system.
- I will support Windows servers, workstations, and peripheral devices, including mobile technology.
- I will monitor client workstations and server backups on a daily basis.
- I will install various hardware, set up new PCs, and deploy software products.
- I will configure and manage customer firewalls and security appliances.
- It is my responsibility to update client contact information in the ticketing system, ensuring that it remains complete and accurate.
- I will administer user accounts and manage associated permissions.
- I will manage and support Microsoft 365 user accounts, including licensing and services such as email, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- I will maintain confidentiality for both company and client data.
- I will collaborate with team members to ensure timely responses and solutions.
- I will continually seek opportunities to improve processes.
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
