Requirements

Must:
- PMP certification (PMI) required. - Over 5 years of experience managing technical software projects in hardware, embedded, or RF environments. - Proficient in using ClickUp for planning and managing dependencies. - Demonstrated capability in setting up and overseeing sprints with strong skills in prioritization, delegation, and organization. - Exceptional communication skills; able to clearly convey trade-offs, risks, and decisions to both engineering teams and leadership. - Preferred experience in Agile delivery and familiarity with tools like Jira or Trello, though not mandatory. - Nice to have: Basic understanding of Python and JavaScript for test tooling and automation concepts, as well as a solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). This is not a coding position.

Responsibilities

- Convert business requests into epics, user stories, and actionable tasks. - Define acceptance criteria and test-readiness checkpoints. - Validate scope, identify dependencies, and establish success metrics. - Create and manage Gantt charts within ClickUp. - Identify dependencies and critical paths; manage slack time effectively. - Maintain up-to-date dashboards; identify risks and potential delays. - Organize and facilitate sprints; conduct daily stand-up meetings. - Enforce task management and prioritization for sprints; track progress through burndown charts. - Manage incident follow-ups and document retrospective insights. - Coordinate processes with RF compliance teams and labs. - Link software tasks to testing plans and lab operational sequences. - Monitor documentation, approvals, and equipment preparedness. - Provide weekly status updates covering schedule variances, risks, and readiness. - Lead change management and decision-making reviews. - Ensure alignment between executives and cross-functional teams. - Standardize templates and operational procedures. - Track key performance indicators, focusing on predictability, defect leakage, and mean time to recovery (MTTR). - Maintain program tracking documents and risk logs.
