Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 15 years experience in the A/E design industry, with at least 5 years in coordinating multi-discipline A/E construction documents
- Significant expertise in specifications and project narratives
- Strong understanding of building codes and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with conducting PDF-based reviews, preferably using Bluebeam
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Competent in MS Office, Teams, and Smartsheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Preferred qualifications include being a licensed Architect or Engineer
Responsibilities
- Review and annotate construction documents across various disciplines and project types
- Ensure the completeness, clarity, coordination, and constructability of drawing sets
- Confirm adherence to relevant building codes and ADA standards
- Manage MDQC review timelines for multiple simultaneous projects
- Monitor, track, and report on QA/QC status of active projects
- Offer guidance and mentorship to production teams regarding detailing, documentation standards, and code compliance
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to facilitate timely and high-quality project delivery
