Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role
- Proficiency in deploying, managing, and administrating server environments
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 setup and management
- Strong understanding of networking and security principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting expertise
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in straightforward language
- Familiarity with the Greater Spokane Area and local business dynamics is a plus
- Relevant certifications (A+, Net+, Security+) are beneficial, but experience is prioritized
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities
- Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation for on-site support
Responsibilities
- Provision, configure, and maintain server, cloud, and workstation environments
- Implement security measures and manage Microsoft 365 ecosystems
- Design and support network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and VPNs
- Lead and participate in technical projects such as server setups and network upgrades
- Tackle escalated technical issues, utilizing expertise to provide stable solutions
- Contribute to the development and adherence to internal operational standards
- Collaborate with team members and apply independent judgment on tasks while knowing when to seek assistance
