Requirements
Must:
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience in Workstation and Network Technical Support
- CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Network Administration or Computer Science is advantageous but not mandatory
- Possession of a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance
Responsibilities
- Open and manage support tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Deploy workstation hardware, software, and peripherals
- Provide technical solutions and documentation in the ticketing system
- Close tickets after completing work

Our expanding team is currently seeking a Mid-Level Help Desk Technician for our Solution Center, situated on a large Manufacturing Campus in Spokane Valley. This on-site role offers a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with an on-call rotation every 6-8 weeks.
