Requirements
Must:
- Top Secret Clearance is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a technical support or systems administration capacity.

- Expertise in Linux systems administration and troubleshooting.
- Practical experience with hardware installation and configuration within a secured facility.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools, logging utilities, and diagnostic resources.
- Capability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while handling multiple tasks.
- Comprehensive understanding of network protocols, system security, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Background in software updates, patch management, and system optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for various hardware and software systems, concentrating on servers, switches, and tapping infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across diverse environments, emphasizing Linux-based systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software within a secure environment.
- Act as a versatile technical resource, providing cross-functional support across multiple areas of IT infrastructure.
- Communicate customer feedback and reported issues to product development and engineering teams for enhancement.
- Conduct regular system updates, software upgrades, and patches to maintain security and functionality.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to reduce downtime and uphold availability.
- Assist in sustaining documentation for technical processes, installation methods, and troubleshooting manuals.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver technical expertise and solutions for complex challenges.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and best practices in all tasks performed within secured settings.
- Support the maintenance of system integrity, security, and uptime for all infrastructure services.
