Requirements
Must:
- Senior-level experience with React and TypeScript in a production environment
- Proficient in enhancing frontend performance beyond standard React practices
- Practical experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or similar real-time systems
- Ability to deliver work under pressure without compromising critical quality
- Comfortable navigating situations with unclear definitions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Eligible and willing to obtain Top Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance frontend systems for real-time data analysis
- Collaborate with analysts to identify and resolve performance issues
- Optimize rendering and user interaction as data loads increase
- Create visualizations using SVG, Canvas, and WebGL technologies
- Work alongside backend and analytics engineers to ensure UI consistency with system status
- Utilize AI tools to expedite workflows while maintaining architectural integrity
- Manage features throughout the entire process: tradeoffs, implementation, testing, and review
- Participate in regular travel for deployments and gather direct user feedback
