Requirements
Must:
- 2–3 years of solid experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for installations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Understanding of Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wireless.
- Experience with RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, NinjaOne) and ticketing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
- Valid drivers license.
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial contact point for clients via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 issues including password resets and printer connectivity.
- Document all support activities accurately in our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool.
- Set up new user accounts and prepare laptops/desktops for deployment.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 engineers while ensuring a positive client experience.
- Travel to client locations for on-site IT infrastructure installations.
- Use power tools to mount devices like TVs and network racks into various surfaces.
- Install and terminate low-voltage cabling as necessary.
- Conduct rack and stack of servers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assist with office relocations and equipment setups, ensuring proper cable management.
