Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in project management within mission-critical settings such as data centers, industrial facilities, or hyperscale construction.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $500 million.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes in mission-critical environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise mission-critical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, construction, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), to meet project objectives.
- Create and sustain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Conduct frequent project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders and upper management.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Identify and address risks that could impact project success.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to enhance collaboration and communication.
