Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with ERP systems; familiarity with our specific ERP is advantageous but not necessary; quick learning is essential.
- Strong technical proficiency in APIs, database management (particularly Microsoft SQL), and systems integration.
- Experience overseeing complex IT projects and collaborating with outsourced vendors.
- Creative problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical responsibilities with strategic project oversight.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to thrive in a casual, culture-centric team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrations across our software suite, including the primary ERP system, an evolving HubSpot CRM, logistics software, and time management tools.
- Serve as the main point of contact for managing outsourced IT vendors and help desk support, ensuring accountability and timely delivery of projects.
- Lead project management for new software implementations and IT initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct hands-on technical tasks, including occasional IT management functions (e.g., password resets), with assistance from an outsourced help desk.
- Maintain and enhance a Microsoft SQL database to support business operations.
- Create innovative solutions to address system bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
