Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or a related position, along with a strong portfolio displaying web and mobile app design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies for user research.
- Experience in crafting wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
- Strong grasp of visual design concepts, such as typography, color theory, and layout.
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first strategies.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and adeptness at task prioritization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in designing for educational platforms or online learning environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user journeys.
- Perform user research and usability testing, gathering insights to enhance the user experience continuously.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and effective implementation of designs.
- Develop and maintain a unified design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms and user interactions.
- Remain informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI to keep our platforms innovative.
- Construct user personas, journey maps, and other design materials to steer product decisions and feature development.
- Partner with product and content teams to translate business needs into sophisticated design solutions.
