Requirements
Must:
- A robust professional background in Economics, Statistics, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of practical experience in executing information systems, data management methodologies, data quality assurance, or analytical support in medium to large organizations.
- Proven expertise in designing and overseeing data capture and storage systems that facilitate analysis, visualization, and process automation.
- Demonstrated capability to develop relational data models, beneficiary information systems, and modular data collection tools for reliable monitoring and evidence-based decision-making in social programs.
- Strong experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in analysis, IT, and operations to support data standardization and enhance data capture workflows.
- Applied knowledge of CRM systems, digital forms, relational databases, and administrative tools like Google Workspace or similar.
- Experience with NGOs or social impact organizations is highly beneficial, especially regarding vulnerable populations and sensitive data.
- Recognized ability to translate technical and strategic data concepts into clear, actionable processes for non-technical audiences.
- Key competencies include excellent organizational skills, effective communication, problem-solving capabilities, process monitoring, and a collaborative approach, with readiness to work onsite as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design phase and assist in the initial implementation of a comprehensive data architecture and governance framework.
- Transform an existing technical assessment of the Foundations data value chain into an actionable strategy for data architecture.
- Redesign data capture workflows to address the current 80% standardization gap, ensuring reliable and consistent data from collection.
- Establish automated quality control and auditing processes by determining technical specifications for automated validation within operational platforms.
- Create a single source of truth to integrate data spread across various platforms, including Google Drive, local files, offline forms, and virtual classrooms.
- Ensure that the new data architecture prepares the Foundation for future capabilities such as predictive analytics and AI.
- Design an integrated cross-functional data architecture connecting the CRM with existing data silos and streamlining operational processes.
- Standardize and harmonize data variables, focusing on significant structural adjustments for the identified data set.
- Develop automated validation rules to optimize the data audit process, replacing manual checks.
- Outline a roadmap for analytics and AI by defining clear technical requirements for the transition to predictive analytics.
- Establish data governance standards by defining roles, responsibilities, and automated quality controls to ensure ongoing data accuracy and integrity.
