Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from a top-tier university, ideally in business, mathematics, science, or computer science
- 0-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in programming, consulting, or financial services
- 0-3 years of experience utilizing SQL or working with relational databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and resolving data anomalies
- Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple parallel tasks with keen attention to detail
- Advanced analytical skills, including producing and interpreting complex analytics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in translating technical data into business terminology
- Capacity to work autonomously; proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Willingness to travel as necessary for client engagements, likely a few days each month.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and maintaining one or more of Curinos software applications
- Serving as the subject matter expert on our clients data and platform configurations
- Customizing and configuring our solutions to meet each clients unique data, strategies, and business requirements
- Analyzing large data sets for trends and insights that are pertinent to our clients
- Extracting and conveying actionable insights from complex data
- Collecting, mapping, and validating data to fuel our analytical tools
- Adjusting and refining models used in our solutions to improve accuracy and effectiveness
- Conducting statistical assessments to gauge model performance
- Establishing processes to enhance efficiency in configuration tasks across our expanding client base
- Offering guidance on the use of client data for other initiatives within the company
- Performing additional tasks and projects as required.
