Software Engineer - Backend AI Systems

- Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and align on requirements - Independently develop backend systems and execute implementations - Ensure delivery of reliable and scalable internal systems - Design, create, and maintain backend services using .NET (C#) - Develop and manage APIs and services for internal platforms - Oversee data architecture and flow across systems, including MySQL and APIs - Construct scalable systems integrated with AWS infrastructure - Convert business requirements into structured backend systems - Implement workflows with defined triggers and dependencies - Manage end-to-end delivery with high reliability - Assess and integrate modern AI tools into our systems - Build AI-assisted workflows for tasks such as classification and decision support - Establish prompt pipelines and reliability measures for AI outputs - Optimize usage of models for cost-effectiveness, speed, and accuracy - Develop and maintain simple frontend components using Next.js/React - Provide basic UI support for internal tools to ensure workflow visibility - Collaborate on the integration of frontend and backend as necessary - Enhance system reliability through logging, monitoring, and failure management - Resolve issues related to system data and performance - Improve overall system performance and scalability
