Requirements
Must:
- In-depth functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) systems with practical experience on enterprise-scale solutions, applying an end-to-end process approach.
- At least 10 years of functional experience as an ERP Business Analyst or in a similar capacity.
- Comprehensive understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Plan-to-Deliver (PTD), and Finance business processes along with Oracle EBS operations.
- Proven capability to convert business requirements into well-defined functional specifications and testing scenarios.
- Experience overseeing ERP enhancements and system modifications within regulated change management frameworks.
- Strong background in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect triage and obtaining business sign-off.
- Knowledge of validation and compliance requirements in regulated settings.
- Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills across various functions.
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, global setting with a high degree of accountability.
Responsibilities
- Act as a vital member of the Global ERP Business Process Owner (BPO) team.
- Represent the ERP BPO function in on-site and global initiatives, including product rollouts, system enhancements, tech transfers, and site-specific or GSC prioritized projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage enhancement requests efficiently.
- Organize, coordinate, and authorize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Collaborate with Change Owners to guarantee precise documentation and compliance.
- Work closely with IT to ensure that system upgrades satisfy business requirements.
- Partner with Quality Engineering to ensure adherence to validation and compliance standards.
- Develop, maintain, and review work instructions and accompanying documentation.
- Conduct ERP impact assessments during change control and socialization forums.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Description
We are seeking a Global ERP Functional Analyst specializing in Oracle EBS within our Global Supply Chain organization, located in Santa Monica. Although we prefer candidates who can be on-site three days a week, we are open to remote work if necessary. This position is for a duration of 12 months and is essential to support our ongoing ERP business process initiatives and system enhancements.
