Requirements
Must:
- Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments, showcasing familiarity with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in Office 365 administration, particularly in managing Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of networking, including configurations, routing, switching, firewall settings, TCP/IP, and remote access/VPNs.
- Skills in email security management, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration.
- Basic understanding of Azure, especially Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, and resource management.
- Intermediate knowledge in networking principles like DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewall setups.
- Desktop support experience, including troubleshooting for Windows and macOS, software deployments, and user profile management.
- Technical competence in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Azure AD, and Active Directory (GPOs, user management).
- Proven troubleshooting expertise to resolve hardware/software issues and diagnose network problems.
- Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, or relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Strong soft skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving, complemented by a friendly disposition.
- A proactive approach with a desire to learn new technologies and enhance existing processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 Helpdesk support to clients, addressing issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android) efficiently.
- Organize and manage your workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Administer and configure Microsoft 365 apps, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Security & Compliance Centers, and OneDrive.
- Troubleshoot and manage network protocols like DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configurations using tools such as SonicWall, Meraki, and Unifi.
- Employ Microsoft Intune for device management, policy enforcement, and implement Windows Autopilot for device setup.
- Assist with Azure Active Directory tasks, Virtual Machines, Azure Networking, and managing cloud resources.
- Configure email security settings, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, to ensure safe email practices across the client's domain.
- Provide support for hardware and software issues relating to PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices including software installations, patch management, and driver updates.
- Cultivate supportive and friendly client relationships while assisting with their needs.
- Maintain precise service tickets, document solutions, and communicate promptly with clients through ITSM tools.
- Engage in various IT projects, including on-site hardware installations, network configurations, software migrations, and deploying cloud services.
- Occasionally participate in after-hours support to address urgent issues.
- Deliver guidance and training to clients about best practices, system usage, and IT security measures.
- Actively identify and address potential issues before they develop into major challenges.
