Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, familiar with diverse clientele
- Advanced knowledge in Office 365 Administration, particularly with Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
- Proficient in network setup, routing, switching, firewall configurations, TCP/IP, and remote access/VPNs
- Skilled in managing email security protocols including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, and resource management
- Intermediate knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewall configurations
- Experience in desktop support, troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems, and user profile management
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Azure AD, and Active Directory management (GPOs, user management)
- Proven troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues and network problem-solving while implementing IT security measures
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified (MS-100, MS-101)
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and enhance current processes
Responsibilities
- Provide level 2 technical support and resolve client issues for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Organize and prioritize workload to ensure timely task completion
- Administer and configure Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Troubleshoot and manage network configurations, including protocols like DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall rules
- Utilize Microsoft Intune for managing devices, enforcing policies, and provisioning devices via Windows Autopilot
- Assist with Azure Active Directory tasks, including Virtual Machines and cloud resource management
- Set up email security configurations for safe delivery across client domains
- Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, including software installations and updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through friendly and supportive service
- Ensure accurate documentation of service tickets and communicate effectively with clients using ITSM tools
- Collaborate on various IT projects, such as hardware installations, network setups, software migrations, and cloud services deployment
- Participate in after-hours on-call support to address urgent issues
- Educate clients on best practices, system usage, and IT security measures
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential IT issues before they escalate
