- Basic troubleshooting of desktops
- Basic networking concepts
- Printer troubleshooting
- Hardware troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Manage and keep track of your workload efficiently.
- Foster a supportive and amicable relationship with our clients.
- Ensure your support tickets are consistently updated.
- Assist with project work and onsite tasks as needed.
- Occasionally provide after-hours on-call support.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
