Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment with diverse clientele.
- Advanced knowledge in Office 365 Administration, particularly Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Proficient in network configurations, routing, switching, firewall setups, TCP/IP, and VPNs.
- Familiar with email security protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, and resource management.
- Intermediate to advanced networking expertise, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
- Skilled in troubleshooting Windows and macOS platforms, software installations, and user profile management.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Azure AD, and Active Directory (GPOs, user management).
- Proven troubleshooting skills in resolving hardware and software issues, diagnosing network problems, and implementing IT security measures.
- Relevant certifications are preferred, including CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified credentials (e.g., MS-100, MS-101).
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a friendly attitude.
- A proactive mindset with a keen interest in learning new technologies and enhancing current processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 IT support and effectively resolve client issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Organize and prioritize work tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Manage and configure Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Security & Compliance Centers.
- Configure and troubleshoot network protocols such as DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall rules utilizing tools like SonicWall, Meraki, and Unifi.
- Leverage Microsoft Intune for device management, policy enforcement, and Windows Autopilot for device setup.
- Assist with Azure Active Directory tasks, Virtual Machines, Azure Networking, and managing cloud resources.
- Set up email security settings like SPF, DKIM, DMARC for secure email operations across client domains.
- Provide support for troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices; manage software installations, patch management, and driver updates.
- Cultivate client relationships by maintaining a helpful and friendly demeanor.
- Document service tickets accurately, track solutions, and ensure prompt communication with clients using ITSM tools.
- Participate in IT projects, including hardware installations, network configurations, software migrations, and cloud service deployments.
- Occasionally provide after-hours support for urgent issues.
- Offer guidance and training to clients about best practices, system use, and IT security protocols.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
