Requirements

Must:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support - Previous roles in Helpdesk or Managed Service Provider (MSP) settings is preferred - Proficient in independently managing Tier 1 support tasks - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 is essential - Experienced in user account management, device enrollment, and group modifications - Ability to troubleshoot Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive - Confident in supporting Windows OS, with macOS experience considered a plus - Demonstrated ability to resolve common end-user issues independently - Knowledge of hardware, printer support, and software installations - Basic understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing - Capable of diagnosing common networking issues - Excellent communication skills for effective user interactions - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple support tickets - Comfort in a fast-paced work setting - Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and professional growth

Responsibilities

- Provide daily helpdesk support to users across various platforms including Windows, macOS, and mobile - Efficiently manage and prioritize your ticket queue - Perform Tier 1 functions in Microsoft 365, such as user management and device enrollment - Troubleshoot desktop, hardware, and basic networking issues - Keep accurate and updated ticket documentation - Assist with user onboarding, device setup, and minor projects - Communicate effectively and professionally with clients - Participate in on-call support or after-hours assistance as needed - Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues before they escalate
