Requirements
Must:
- I possess a solid understanding of operating systems, software applications, hardware, and networking.
- I am proficient in SAP and all Windows-based applications.
- I am a dynamic self-starter with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- I have excellent attention to detail.
- I excel in organizational and time management skills, allowing me to handle functional workloads and multiple priorities efficiently.
- I am capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team as required.
- I can effectively organize my workload, set priorities, work well under deadline pressures, and adapt to change.
- I have strong listening and presentation skills.
- I hold a College Degree in a relevant field.
- I bring 3+ years of experience in a related position.
Responsibilities
- I will diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to computers, networks, and software.
- I will provide technical assistance to end-users through various channels, including text, phone, email, and remote sessions.
- I will install, configure, and update hardware, software, and operating systems.
- I will set up new users and manage permissions and access to company systems and applications.
- I will assist users with technical training to enhance their proficiency with software and hardware systems.
- I will conduct routine checks to ensure that company IT-related systems are functioning properly and securely.
- I will design queries for the SAP database to meet the data requirements of SAP users.
- I will create and/or modify Crystal Reports for both internal and customer/vendor-facing documents.
- I will perform additional tasks as assigned.
Description
Crown USA, Inc. is expanding our team! We are on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive individual to take on the role of IT Support Analyst. This position will demand a robust knowledge of SAP applications. As part of our team, I will primarily work within SAP to support and troubleshoot for various company departments. I will collaborate internally and with external vendors on diverse IT support initiatives, test and debug new functionalities, and partner with other departments to realize our business objectives. This role will report to our IT Manager. Job Type: - Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some weekends and nights may be required). - Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year. - Some travel may be involved. Location: - I must be able to commute to Woodbury, GA 30293 (Required). - Relocation to Woodbury, GA 30293 is required before starting work. - This position is in-person.
