Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Agile Delivery, or equivalent leadership positions.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and DevOps best practices.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise technology projects and Agile delivery teams.
- Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, MS Project, or similar.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Agilist are preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and managing production environments is advantageous.
- Ability to convert technical concepts into clear business requirements.
- Experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects in dynamic Agile settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the execution of complex Agile technology initiatives from planning to completion.
- Facilitate PI Planning events across various analytics and platform teams, ensuring alignment of objectives, dependencies, and capacity planning.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in harmony with business and product goals.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, outline PI Objectives, and formulate product roadmaps.
- Create and manage Epics, Features, and User Stories, including establishing Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
- Develop business rules, process mappings, and data flows in conjunction with product owners and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate project timelines and delivery milestones with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Oversee Agile delivery processes, DevOps standards, CI/CD pipelines, and testing environments to facilitate efficient software releases.
- Monitor project progress, track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and implement strategies for risk mitigation.
- Define release scopes and timelines to ensure consistent and timely value delivery.
- Communicate updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure that solutions meet quality standards, compliance regulations, and technical feasibility requirements.
