Requirements
Must:
- I possess hands-on expertise in scaling and maintaining production-grade ML services, with a strong emphasis on ML/LLM Operations such as versioning, automation, observability, training automation, and monitoring. I can effectively balance ML model complexity with production needs.
- I am passionate about identifying new business prospects and have experience employing a test-and-learn methodology to develop scalable and efficient solutions that incorporate AI algorithms, ML/LLM operations, and software engineering.
- I have collaborated with engineering, product, business operations, legal, and other teams while designing, building, and executing solutions.
- I have strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- I will lead the vision and strategic execution with a strong commitment to creating continuous and long-term value across all participants in our flywheel.
- I will collaborate with management and stakeholders to outline strategic roadmaps and translate them into actionable quarterly plans.
- I will drive the execution and delivery of ML/AI solutions by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, making use of my technical expertise.
- I will design and deliver scalable, secure systems using leading-edge AI/ML technologies and industry best practices while fostering a culture focused on delivering high-quality, well-tested systems to meet critical product and business needs.
- I will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to enhance system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- I will ensure the security, scalability, and architectural integrity of design features through cross-team reviews.
- I will deliver hands-on solutions while mentoring other data professionals, including MLEs, within the organization.
- I will explore and apply advanced machine learning techniques, including large language models (LLMs), deep learning, and graph neural networks, to tackle complex challenges across the organization.
- I will lead and guide a team of MLEs in various areas by mentoring on design principles, coding standards, and the adoption of AI productivity tools.
