Requirements
Must:
- Active Secret security clearance is mandatory.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Data, or a related STEM discipline.
- At least 6 years of pertinent experience, specifically:
- Developing analytics and decision support visualizations for the DoD, other federal entities, or Fortune 400 firms.
- Proficient in program management and data visualization applications (e.g., Envision, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience in creating and managing dashboards that align with operational and strategic objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like DAF Data Fabric, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Envision.
- Simplify intricate data sets into clear, actionable insights for program and project management stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to collect requirements and deliver customized analytic and visual solutions.
- Assist with strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking through data storytelling and visual analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Aid in the creation of executive-level briefings and metrics for monitoring Zero Trust (ZT), which includes reporting to Congress, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and DoD and DAF senior leaders.
- Keep abreast of current guidance, policies, laws, and regulations, communicating updates and integrating them into existing enterprise strategies impacted by ZT.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement Zero Trust-focused cybersecurity training and education, including realistic cyber training and exercise scenarios.
- Coordinate with various portfolio managers and program offices regarding all systems operated or utilized by the DAF; for new systems, guide and assist government leads in researching ZT requirements and validating data from existing systems to document architectural deficiencies in ZT.
- Provide insights and recommendations concerning implementation/execution options and opportunities for program and capability unification.
