Requirements
Must:
- Clearance: Top Secret
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the technical/professional discipline, three (3) years of which must be within the DoD
- Seven (7) years of relevant experience with appropriate certifications as outlined in the PWS labor category performance requirements, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
- Familiarity with DD-Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification, and relevant DoD and AF instructions (e.g., DoD 5220.22-M, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual)
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing a variety of security management, analytical, technical, and support services for programs overseen by AFLCMC/WIS.
- Deliver technical security services related to the development, acquisition, and maintenance of aeronautical weapon systems, subsystems, and associated support systems.
- Aid in program protection, technology control, safeguarding For Official Use Only (FOUO) information, and other information requiring protection while ensuring compliance with related DoD and AF mandates.
- Support division security operations.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for security briefings.
- Offer technical assistance for security-related briefings, meetings, and conferences within the directorate.
- Record and monitor security program action items, suspense items, and processes.
- Ensure adherence to the Security Education and Motivation Program for program-briefed staff.
- Assist in creating and implementing specific program in-briefings for newly assigned personnel and those transitioning out of the program.
- Provide classification management guidance to AFLCMC/WI and its subsidiary units for designated programs. Assist in integrating security requirements into contractual obligations.
- Help with the coordination of DD-Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification.
- Assist in managing electronic files, record-keeping, and file management systems.
- Prepare and maintain security program documentation and briefing materials.
