Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI products and solutions that enhance personalization, automation, and decision-making across digital products and internal tools.

- Develop scalable frameworks for adaptive learning, sentiment analysis, and performance metrics.
- Create and sustain AI-driven analytics engines to bolster business intelligence and employee growth.

- Collaborate with instructional designers and business leaders to weave AI into product experiences and internal systems.
- Advise teams on best practices for ethical AI utilization, data privacy, and accountable automation.

- Supervise testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing, performance evaluations, and integration validation.
