Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in managing payment systems and technologies
- Strong understanding of the payment ecosystem and related regulations
- Knowledge of fraud detection algorithms and risk management practices
- Familiarity with payment tokenization and security protocols
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects
- Ability to establish technical standards and best practices
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the execution of enterprise-level digital and retail payment systems
- Lead initiatives for processing card payments, digital wallets, and emerging payment methods
- Make key design decisions for payment processing platforms and settlement systems
- Establish best practices for the development of payment systems
- Evaluate and recommend payment technology vendors and third-party integrations
- Develop integrated fraud detection and prevention systems within payment flows
- Create technical specifications for payment routing and optimization solutions
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and other regulatory standards
- Implement security protocols and collaborate on vulnerability assessments
- Develop APIs for payment systems and integration with financial institutions
- Mentor teams in payment technologies and career development
- Collaborate with stakeholders on payment feature development
