Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree and at least 10 years of program or project management experience, or a Masters degree with 8 years of experience.
- Extensive program/project management expertise (this is not a training role).
- Proficiency in program/project management tools: Azure DevOps preferred; Jira is also acceptable.
- Strong skills in documentation and reporting; familiarity with Confluence is an advantage.
- Advanced capabilities in Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Microsoft Teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for influencing various teams.
- Self-motivated, capable of independently initiating and overseeing tasks.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and back-end software development, including data and API/services projects.
- A technical background in software development is advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple projects and programs concurrently.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present project updates and documentation to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing demands.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
