Requirements
Must:
- We prefer a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- We require at least 2 years of experience in coding, development, or a comparable technical field, or a relevant bachelors degree in lieu of equivalent experience.

- We need familiarity with the Workday object model, business processes, and security framework.
- We expect strong knowledge of design fundamentals, data modeling, data transformation, and mapping techniques.
- We require proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, XML, or SQL.
- We need excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
- We value the ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and contribute collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- We seek a customer-focused mindset, initiative, and commitment to best practices and innovative problem-solving.
- We prefer Workday Integration certification(s).
Responsibilities
- We design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and custom solutions.
- We collaborate with other teams to gather needs, define requirements, and shape effective solutions.
- We develop and implement integrations between Workday and external systems aligned to business and technical requirements.
- We create custom reports using Workday tools.
- We design, test, and deploy integrations with Workday Studio, EIBs, and related tools using agile practices.
- We recommend the most suitable integration approach based on business goals and system capabilities.
- We apply data transformation logic to ensure accurate mapping and clean data flow.
- We conduct design reviews to confirm solutions are scalable and maintainable.
- We stay current on Workday integration technologies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- We develop and execute test plans, support testing activities, and assist with UAT.
- We protect data by following security requirements and compliance policies.
- We troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while improving performance and transfer efficiency.
- We document integration designs and technical specifications clearly and thoroughly.
- We create dashboards and metrics that give stakeholders visibility into organizational performance.
- We monitor reporting effectiveness and update, optimize, or operationalize reports and methods as needed.
