Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT systems engineering, focusing on implementation engineering required

Responsibilities

- Ensure all IT systems function effectively and address any escalated technical issues
- Engage in strategic thinking and planning initiatives
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge articles
- Manage vendor performance and address associated challenges
- Identify and manage potential project risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of projects
