IT Systems Analyst

- We are seeking an associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - For an IT Systems Analyst I, we require 2 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support, including exposure to nursing, provider, or ancillary department technologies; an associate degree may also satisfy this requirement. - For an IT Systems Analyst II, we require 4 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support, including exposure to nursing, provider, or ancillary department technologies; an associate degree may also satisfy this requirement. - We expect a solid grasp of healthcare operations and clinical workflows. - We look for working knowledge of connected solutions and the broader IT ecosystem supporting the application domain. - We value strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and keen attention to detail. - We need excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - We seek someone who can collaborate effectively with a team and work independently when needed. - We value a willingness to learn and adapt within a healthcare setting. - For the IT Systems Analyst II level, we also expect strong documentation skills and the ability to guide small to medium-sized improvement initiatives related to clinical systems.
