Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6-10 years of experience in healthcare IT support or a comparable field
- Proficient knowledge of computer hardware, including CPUs, RAM, and hard drives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building rapport
- Excellent documentation skills
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking principles
- Capability to research a diverse range of computing issues
- Quick to absorb and retain information
- Ability to present concepts in user-friendly and technical language
- Highly self-motivated and proactive
- Attention to detail
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skilled at prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service focus
- Experience in a cooperative, team-oriented setting

Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for end-user hardware and software requirements
- Provide on-site project-based technical assistance
- Conduct routine maintenance and support for desktops, laptops, telephony, and network systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and document resolutions when necessary
- Repair or replace faulty equipment with assistance as required
- Facilitate knowledge transfer forums to identify and address problems
- Participate in all support phases, ensuring coordination, monitoring, tracking, and resolving installation, upgrade, software, and hardware issues
- Address operating system and configuration challenges as they arise
